Consults for the Smartlipo™ procedure are free of charge. This is a thirty minute meeting with the nurse and Dr. Gardner to explain the procedure in detail and answer any of your questions. Depending on the area you want treated, a price quote will be given at that time if you wish to proceed. Having the body shape you want will be more affordable now that we offer preferred financing through SugeryLoans.com. For any procedure or combination of procedures over $1,000, our patients will enjoy 3 to 12 month financing options at reasonable rates, no prepayment penalties, and easy qualification status. Make an appointment for  a free consultation and quote and pick up the one-page application form at the same time. Let us know once you have your financing in place so we can schedule your treatment. 

 

OTHER COSMETIC CONSULTS


There is a $75 charge to discuss Dr. Gardner's recommendations for other cosmetic options, including dermal fillers, Botox, and all Laser procedures. This is applied in full towards your first treatment of any kind.

 

GENERAL MEDICAL AND URGENT CARE VISITS


Our helpful front office staff is able to answer your questions regarding our payment policy. Generally, all insurance co-payments and insurance deductibles are due at the time of service. If we are not providers for your insurance, we will collect the full amount at the time of your visit and provide you with the bill and codes to submit to your insurer if you are due to receive some reimbursement for "out-of-plan" providers.

We give all patients a paper that explains our surcharge policy for procedures and services that are inadequately or only partially covered by most insurances. If you chose to have any of these services performed by us (e.g. vaccines, ECG, lung function test, ECG stress test, injections, cosmetic skin procedures, and so on) we will collect the full amount of charges on the day of service and, if we are providers for you insurance, we will bill the service for you and sign any collected reimbursement over to you on the day it is received by us.

We strive at all times to utilize your insurance to your best advantage. Often, the above services are less expensive to do with us "in-house" if you have a high deductible. You will be given the option to do them at another facility, if you prefer.

We have a long-standing policy of accepting Medicare from existing established patients who become Medicare eligible. We are not currently accepting new Medicare patients. We cannot take Medicare patients who wish to be seen on a cash-pay basis because we are Medicare providers. We have not opted-out of Medicare as a courtesy to our long-standing patients who desire continuity of care when they switch to Medicare.

We are sensitive to difficult and extenuating circumstances that our patients may be facing financially. Please discuss them in advance of your office visit with the office manager, Patty.
